agreement

These terms govern your use of Atlas. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Atlas is provided by Bella App Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") under the trading name Atlas.

who can use atlas

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are using Atlas on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

your account

You may keep one account. Keep your sign-in details secure - you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. The information you give us during onboarding should be accurate, and you should keep it current.

text messages (SMS)

When you enter your mobile number on the Atlas sign-in screen and tap Continue, you are asking us to text you a one-time verification code. That request is your consent to receive it. The screen tells you we’ll text you a code to confirm it’s you, and states, directly above the button, that you receive one message each time you sign in, that we never send marketing or promotional texts, that we never share or sell your number, and that message and data rates may apply.

What we send. One verification code each time you sign in, and nothing in between. We do not use SMS for marketing, promotions, or advertising, and we do not enrol you in any recurring message programme.

Your number. Mobile information collected for SMS is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our SMS delivery provider transmits the message on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Atlas does not charge you for verification messages.

Help and stopping messages. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@atlasbeauty.au, for help. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Because the code is only sent when you ask for it, and it is how we confirm it is you signing in, stopping messages means you will not be able to sign in — to stop entirely, delete your account from inside the app. Carriers may not be able to deliver messages in all areas, and delivery is not guaranteed.

your content

You own the posts, reviews, photos, and other content you publish on Atlas ("your content"). By publishing your content, you grant Bella App Pty Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and share your content within Atlas and on related promotional channels, for as long as your content remains on the platform. You confirm you have the rights you need to share your content, including any photos of products, packaging, or other people.

acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or use hateful or discriminatory language toward any other member.
• Do not impersonate another person, brand, or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Do not post spam, fake reviews, or paid promotional content without clearly disclosing the commercial relationship.

Atlas is a community of real members sharing real experiences. We may remove any content, or suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe breaches these rules, breaks the law, or harms Atlas or its members.

reviews and opinions

Reviews on Atlas are the personal opinions of the members who wrote them. They are not medical, cosmetic, or professional advice. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional before acting on a review.

disclaimers

Atlas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the service, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, and availability. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Bella App Pty Ltd nor its directors, employees, or service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Atlas. Our total liability to you for all claims, in aggregate, will not exceed AUD $100.

ending your use of atlas

You can stop using Atlas at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or to protect Atlas, our members, or the public.

changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you inside the app or by another reasonable means before it takes effect. Continued use of Atlas after the change confirms your acceptance.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
